** At your first consultation Anita will discuss with you your health history and your expectations for the treatment. For this reason, your initial treatment may take a few Minutes longer.

Reflexology treatment

A Reflexology treatment is 60 minutes of foot therapy, including foot bathing with essential oils, foot and ankle relaxation movements, and gentle pressure applied to reflex areas on the feet depending on the conditions you are experiencing.

Fee is $95

Deluxe reflexology treatment

A Deluxe treatment lasts for about 75 minutes and is a mix of Reiki, and Reflexology on the feet. The mix depends on how you feel on the day, and what problems you would like addressed. The session includes the elements of the Reflexology treatment above, and starts and finishes with Reiki. 

Cost is $130

Reiki treatment

During the 50-60 minute treatment you will lie fully clothed on the massage table while the therapist places her hands on different zones of the head and body that correspond to the 7 chakras or energy centres.s. The Reiki treatment runs just under an hour. Most people fall asleep or enter a state of deep relaxation during the treatment, and leave with a profound feeling of well being.
